Overview: At rocepez media, a dynamic and innovative media company, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about media production, eager to gain hands-on experience, and ready to contribute to our exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-set production needs, including equipment setup and breakdown.

• Help coordinate shoot logistics, such as scheduling, location scouting, and transport arrangements.

• Support the production team in administrative tasks, including paperwork and digital file management.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.

• Ensure smooth communication between different departments involved in production.

• Assist in managing props, costumes, and other production materials.

• Contribute to the post-production process, including organizing footage and basic editing tasks.

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in media and film production.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Basic knowledge of production equipment and editing software is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Film, Media, or related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in production is advantageous but not necessary.
